The tapes are white with black numbers and increment lines The tapes are great for seamstresses, tailors, hobbiest, and crafts. The tapes are convenient, and can even be carried around easily in a pocket or purse. On orders that do not have the correct shipping address in paypal and are returned to me, I will either refund the purchase price minus actual shipping or will reship it, but the buyer will have to repay the actual shipping cost.
